Since incorporating in 2001, R&P Technologies has been providing the highest level of technical services in the area of Maritime and Naval Ship design, construction, and testing. In 2005 R&P Technologies was awarded a Seaport enhanced contract. As the Prime Contractor for the Team, R&P provides overall contract management, team integration, and oversight of all functional areas.

From 1990 to 2000, R&P’s founders were In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs) for the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Carderock (NSWCCD-SSES), and thereby have the unique experience of representing the Warfare Center and NAVSEA in providing direct support to our U.S. Navy customers. Our ISEA experience extends to Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) equipment, specifically power generation and distribution, ship navigation, propulsion and fluid systems.
