Norwell, MA February 5, 2008 – Since 1986, Coler & Colantonio has always been impressed with the skills and abilities learned by Veterans while on active duty. In fact, the first individual invited to join the two founders as a Partner and Principal of Coler & Colantonio in 2001 was Kenneth H. Stanley Partner/Vice President, Energy Infrastructure Market Sector.

Ken Stanley served his four year tour of duty from 1982 to 1986 as an Air Traffic Controller, Combat Control Team Operator and Special Forces Team Member. The life skills of leadership, honor and duty that Ken learned during his military service are considered his greatest assets by Coler & Colantonio, Inc. His insight and talents are an invaluable part of the company’s ideology of “Turning Vision into Reality”.

Coler & Colantonio, Inc. is a privately held corporation whose purpose is to “build a company that our employees take pride in, professionals seek to join, clients pursue and our families are proud of.”

Hiring from the military enables the firm to secure individuals of integrity, one of their corporate core values. Many individuals from the military have gained specific technical skills such as drafting and surveying which gives them a firm foundation for the kind of work Coler & Colantonio does.
